A journalist questioned Rajpal Yadav about his recent apology in the wake of Diwali, which clearly irritated him.
When questioned about his explanation, in which he expressed regret to fans for preventing them from setting off firecrackers on Diwali,
the actor grabbed the journalist’s camera.
A reporter from a well-known Hindi newspaper posted a video from Uttar Pradesh.
In the video, Rajpal is seen responds to queries from another journalist while the journalist records his responses on camera.
When asked about his current film schedule, Rajpal responds that the public will now be able to see him every 1.5 months.
The reporter then starts to enquire about Rajpal’s most recent remarks regarding Diwali.
This question seemed to irritate Rajpal, who quickly takes the phone away.
Rajpal attempted to toss the phone, according to the journalist who posted the video, but the footage was captured and is already trending on social media.
Rajpal had begged his admirers earlier this week not to light firecrackers
this Diwali since it greatly increases noise and air pollution.
But after receiving criticism, he removed that request and posted a fresh video to his social media accounts.
In the video, Rajpal said in Hindi, “Hello, friends. Best wishes for Diwali! Two days ago, a video was shared on my social media handles, which I got removed at once.
I profusely apologize to whoever was offended by the video from around the world.
I wish you celebrate Diwali with fanfare and be healthy and busy.
Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!” He also added in the caption that his intention was not to dim the celebrations
that come with Diwali.
